Planning Commission Meeting

The Beaver Falls City Planning Commission will conduct a public Meeting in Council Chambers at the City Building, 715 Fifteenth Street, Beaver Falls, PA 15010 on Monday, April 15, 2024 at 11:00am to review an Act 537 Asset Transfer Plan. The purpose of this Act 537 Special Study (537 Study) is to address the PA DEP guidelines for the asset transfer of the City of Beaver Falls, Beaver County, PA wastewater assets to Aqua, PA and to address the various sewage planning and wastewater system ownership, operation and maintenance obligations going forward.
